MENTALICA
Mentalica therapist's thoughts
I really like that there is no need to register, however, it sometimes gives inappropriate responses because I'm in a conversation within a thematic package and I raise a different question
Key features (free)
Self-care packs (1/category), journalling, access to therapist
Mentalica user experience
The biggest positive that you could remain absolutely anonymous throughout the process. Once you download and open the app you could immediately start using it – there is no need to create an account with your personal information. You talk to an AI presented as a blue penguin (sort of). The AI guides you through your depression and anxiety by asking questions and completing exercise. It keeps track of your progress in a journal.
