Short-Term Dynamic Therapy (STDT) is a form of psychotherapy that emphasizes the exploration and resolution of unconscious conflicts and interpersonal difficulties within a relatively brief time frame. Rooted in psychodynamic theory, STDT aims to facilitate insight and emotional growth by uncovering the underlying sources of psychological distress.
