Habit tracking
Habit tracker applications are tools that help you develop and monitor new habits, and change old ones. You can get support with lifestyle changes, your sleeping cycle, and learning. With their help, one can live more consciously and reach their goals more easily.

Habitica is a gamified habit building app, fun to use, and it is great for building new habits. However, it is so fun to use that there’s a risk of losing oneself in the experience at the detriment of productivity.
Self Care
Self Care apps are designed to help people take care of their own physical and mental needs. They can include functions from relaxation exercises to stress management to journalling.

This app trains you and teaches you about self-care routines by letting you take care of Self-Care Pet, a little bird.
CBT apps
CBT applications utilize the principles of CBT therapy, and users can apply therapeutic activities such as recognition of thought distortions or emotional regulation through activities such as mood tracking. These apps often contain elements of psychoeducation as well.

Superbetter is a gamified CBT app, using competition and challenges to support you in challenging yourself.
